Fried rice is basmathi rice cooked in a blend of stir fried vegetables and meat. Seasoning is a matter of personal choice. The rice draws its flavor from the vegetables and meat.
Chicken breast cooked in a blend of tomato sauce and spices topped with butter, and finished off with whip cream. The aroma of the dish unfolds with the addition of dried fenu greek leaves.
Pulav is meat or vegetables cooked with a variety of spices that bring out the flavour. Water and Basmati rice is then added before it is finished.It goes well with raita or any kind of spicy kurmas.
Shrimp cooked in a mixture of spices that gives it a spicy tangy flavor. It can be served as an appetizer. It can also be served as side dish for roti, naan chapati and flavored rice.
Chicken cooked in tangy tomato paste, with of dash of finely ground pepper sprinkled with coriander leaves.

Tender Ridge Gourd pieces cooked in a blend of spices and onions fried just to the right shade of golden yellow. This can be eaten with hot steamed rice topped with just the right amount of ghee.
