I am a human being just as you are which connects us in a simple way. We all desire happiness and don’t want suffering. My wish is to be able to spread wisdom to others to bring clarity, genuine happiness, and inner peace. I want to touch lives in a positive way. I have in the past suffered quite a bit. Depression had taken me over for years. I have now found a happiness which does not rely on certain conditions. One of understanding, faith and kindness. I must thank the Buddha for finding the path (the path to the cessation of suffering). I thank the dharma for showing the truth (the truth of the path).  I thank the sangha for the support. I wish all happiness.
