I am a bit of a fitness enthusiast, but my knowledge goes beyond just fitness, I have also studied nutrition. I love to take the knowledge that I have gained through the years and pass it on to others. I have mostly trained in various sports, but I've taken my passion to a broader field to impact people of various health and fitness levels.
