I am currently a staff writer for a distinctly off-beat monthly newspaper of arts and culture in the Southern Tier of New York State.
A lover of the English language, I taught Speech and Oral Interpretation of Literature at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts for nearly a decade. Some of my students went on to star, or co-star, in TV and film.
I am the least important actor in the IMDb (the Internet Movie Database), appearing in only one indie film back before indies were called “indies.” I’m a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University and live with my husband at our home in a wooded countryside near our two children, and our eccentric grandchild and his cute baby sister.
