After having grown up in a small New England town, East Greenwich, RI and upon realizing my dream job as a professional athlete was not realistic, I departed to Syracuse University to study Political Science.  Soon after graduation, I journeyed to Washington, DC to make my mark on the country.    Once I realized that living out of a suitcase and running political campaigns was not in my long term plans, I returned to my New England routes in Boston.  Soon there after, I was introduced to the world of “start-ups” and HR Technology, in the name of HireSystems.  You may now know them better as BrassRing/Kenexa, who are now a part of IBM.
Now that I had caught the “start-up” itch, I joined a 5 person company that produced an on online Performance Management System named Human Asset Technologies.  Eventually, this company was purchased by Winston Salem based SilkRoad Technologies as part of their complete Talent Management suite.  This also gave me the exposure needed to make North Carolina my adopted home state with my family.
Once relocated to Raleigh, I took an opportunity with locally based “start-up” PeopleClick.  An interesting position opened up a Research Triangle Institute that could not be passed upon.  The position entailed working for the Project Management Office within IT as the HR “Subject Matter Expert”.  I was now able to work with HR Technology for a world class organization.  This exposed me to vendor assessments, RIO studies, process optimization and other departments beyond HR.  During my second stint with PeopleClick(now called PeopleFluent), I started to think seriously about going out on my own and work with the under served small business market.  Why not, they have the same issues as big business but typically consultants in the field only targeted the Fortune 5000.

When I am not working with my customers, I spend my time with my 3 wonderful children and my wife Ronda.  I am an avid sports fan, who recently became an ACC fan, as Syracuse has joined the conference.  I look forward to meeting and speaking with you, as we work together to help your business become more efficient and lower your exposure to financial risk associated with non-compliance.
