Welcome!

I've been experimenting with different methods to enhance my overall brain power for quite some time. I've tried different "hacks" including:

Meditation

Regular Exercise

Waking up early

Brain Foods

and Nootropic Supplements.

Several of these "hacks" are actually effective in a real, measurable way. My goal is to share them with you.

My primary conclusion: Diet is the foundation of all brain hacking. So most articles will be focused on Brain Food "hacks" and diets i've followed to improved my:

Memory

Cognitive Performance

Mood

and Energy Levels

I may occasionally touch on the nootropics i've used. However, nootropics must be "stacked" on top of healthy habits and proper diet to be useful.
