I was tested with high blood cholesterol during routine blood cholesterol check. My total cholesterol was 275, LDL 183, HDL 56 and Triglycerides 178. I managed it to bring it down to 247 within 60-75 days. My doctor told me high blood cholesterol could cause stroke and heart attacks. My doctor prescribed me medicine to lower my blood cholesterol, but I lowered it without taking medicine with diet and exercise. I reduced my blood cholesterol to 247 in 60 รข 75 days all by diet and exercise. If you are diagnosed with high blood cholesterol or just want to prevent high blood cholesterol you can try diet and exercise, which I have explained in my article. You can easily cook blood cholesterol lowering diet at home and every day walk around the block is not hard as well.
