A perspective of the controversy involved in the classic novel "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" by Mark Twain.
I was born and raised in Tifton, Georgia. I am an aspiring author, a musician, and a full time college student. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in writing and communication at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. I have an amazing mother, three brothers, a lovely lady that claims me as her own, and a sister-in-law who is one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. My father died in 2009 and there is not a day that goes by that I don't miss him. Along with several brothers from other mothers, this comprises my family, and I love all of them beyond measure or description. In the Summer of 2011, I finally completed my first novel, entitled, "The Spiral." I am currently searching for a publisher, but as it is very difficult to acquire one while unsolicited, I am leaning toward finding an agent. Despite these setbacks, I have no doubt that my talents and abilities will eventually put me at the top of the New York Bestseller's List. After I earn my bachelor's degree, I intend to pursue my master's and then, possibly, my Ph.D. in English.
