Madelaine Landry has been in the communication business for over two decades. Throughout that time, writing, teaching and training have remained her passion. The constantly evolving research on understanding how and why we communicate intrigues her. She is owner and trainer for Listen Hear, LLC, her company established upon her retirement from serving as the Director of a state university Foundation. Her published esssay, fiction and memoir-writing career is new, although she has journaled for decades. She currently lives on a 170-acre ranch with her husband, six dogs and two cats. Together, they raise cattle, swine, poultry and honeybees. The couple has five grown children and three grandchildren.
