My name is Michelle Steele I've been a Manager for 7 years.

I announce this as if leadership is my addiction and I am prowling for my next fix.

I am.

I don't doubt that I'll continue to seek out further opportunities in a field that has bought me so much joy and pride.

Now, when I say leadership is an addiction, it's not the role itself that I refer too but the opportunities to work with so many amazing people. To watch them grow and succeed is truly one of the greatest pleasures I know.

I've been privileged to work for various large corporate businesses in multiple industries in a diverse and interesting career. Across various management roles, I'm considered a highly professional leadership specialist.

Some of the disciplines that I have had to acquire and then deliver:

Coaching and mentoring (as a KPI) Distance managing staff across multiple locations. End to end recruitment Delivery of sales budgets and targets Training and Training the Trainer Sales strategy contribution, development and implementation Commercial decision making Sales and systems training, creation and delivery Project Management

It doesn't look like a long list but I can assure you, each of those disciplines has its own intense learning curve and brought with it a measure of pain along with delight.

I'm a 'hands on' type of Manager that really gets involved with staff on a one to one basis. Along with a high task focus, I am incredibly passionate about helping people achieve and thrive which I genuinely believe has been the key to my success.

I think that if your underlying intent is right and you intention is to find a way to help your staff while achieving your company's vision then you already have the key elements for success.

I've also been fortunate enough to have been led by some extraordinary people who have set a benchmark that I still strive to achieve.

I value my people and advocate the importance of coaching and mentoring each and every staff member to the best of my ability. My personal strengths include a natural high energy style which lends itself to creating a higher drive to succeed and a sense of fun in the teams that I led.

I have a real passion for highly driven and challenging environments.
