I write about a broad spectrum of things including, midlife, homeschooling, teaching, starting a business, sales, retirement/semi retirement, cooking, teens and wine. All of which I have a reasonable level of life experience and schooled expertise in.

I am a perpetual student and I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology (I love Psychology!) as well as a Business Diploma. I also have a Bachelor of Education (Teaching Degree). I loved going to school!

I am currently continuing my education towards becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and separately a Personal Training for +50 Certification.

I love this quote by Deepak Chopra.

"According to Vedanta, there are only two symptoms of enlightenment, just two indications that a transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness. The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don't bother you anymore. You become light-hearted and full of joy. The second symptom is that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life, more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where you actually experience the miraculous."

I blog at www.kellymacdonald.com about creating changes in my life to add more adventure, freedom, authenticity and excitement. Follow me there if you are interested in the content. You will only receive an email when a new post comes out. You can unsubscribe at any time.

I also run a small business at www.triviapartystarters.com which I started as part of that adventure. We sell cocktail napkins with trivia questions and each of the 20 napkins in each pack is different. There are 12 themes including Wine Trivia, Girls Night Out trivia, Baby Shower trivia, Sports Trivia, TV Sitcom Trivia, Beer Trivia and more....
