Also follow me on:

I'm Rachel, a 30- yr. old wife who is pregnant with my 1st child.

I have experience with chronic pain conditions like Fibromyalgia, pregnancy, unemployment, selling a house from far away, eating a Gluten-Free diet, losing weight after gaining 50 pounds from medication, moving across the country, and keeping my faith through it all.

I have an Etsy shop called Stitch Happens Here where I make & sell hand-made scarves, blankets, and coffee sleeves.  I sew, knit, scrapbook, write, journal, and do photography.

I'm a former volunteer Firefighter, and I'm always working on living an active, fit, healthy life, losing weight and managing my Fibromyalgia. I run local 5K races and I'm always researching ways to improve my health and my family's.
