Sheryl  Hardin is an Organization Change Management (OCM) professional with a passion for operational best practices, ongoing process improvement and working with entreprenuers. She can often be found serving as a skilled facilitator, speaker, and panelist at both local and national events covering entrepreneurship, change management, operational best practices, and process improvement. 

She uses her 20‑years experience in consulting to support her clients who range from small local companies to large international corporations.   Her clients include privately held, publicly held, and public sector organizations.  These organizations have one thing in common, each is in the midst of change. Sheryl consults with clients as they create a business strategy, manage change, and improve processes. She enjoys supporting entrepreneurs and corporations during start up, growth spurts, and IPOs, along with providing guidance for clients throughout ERP implementations, mergers, and acquisitions.


Sheryl is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a minor in English.  She is currently serving as Adjunct Faculty for the Goldman Sachs grant funded program 10,000 Small Businesses developed and run by Babson College.  Her focus in this program is Operations and Processes.  She also loves to write.  Sheryl’s articles can be found both online and in traditionally published national magazines such as The Huffington Post, Yahoo Voices, Contact, New Thought, Technically Write, Me Too, and Spirituality and Health.   She is the author of Into Nothing and Contacting God:  The Path to God through Prayer.
