I'm Steven, a 25-year-old reporter working in small town Boulder City, Nevada. I grew up in Las Vegas, though never fully appreciated all of the things my city had to offer until I was legal. Nevertheless, it's home, and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else right now.
I graduated from UNLV in 2013 with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in History. Writing, history, and sports have always been three of my biggest passions, and I love nothing more than great debate.
When I'm not writing or reading some sort of historical fiction or Beat poetry, I'm typically listening to almost any kind of music you can think of. Some of my favorites include The Beatles, Michael Jackson, James Brown, and B.B. King just to name a few.
After a year of interning at the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Nevada's largest newspaper, I've been working as a full time reporter at The Boulder City Review. Though I love reporting, I dig freelancing and sharing my opinions with others.
