I am a writer, graphic designer and a student of Theosophy. Recently I got interested in how to Rewire My Brain. I have started a blog to explore how to REWIRE YOUR BRAIN IN 40 DAYS where I would like to share what I learn about taking care of the brain.

I am  interested in studying about Yoga, mindfulness meditation, pranayama and writing about them as I learn more about them. I am constantly working to apply what I learn into daily life and living a meaningful life.

Below is a sample of the different areas I write about, in the slide show.
