My PMDD (pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder) was debilitating. After making some changes to my lifestyle, my symptoms have reduced dramatically. Here's what I did to ease my symptoms.
It's hard enough to deal with your own emotions when you have PMDD, but add another person to the mix and it can become even messier. Here are some lessons I've learned AND AM STILL LEARNING!
I used to experience debilitating PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). This is a simple mindfulness exercise that helps me feel more calm and stable each month. I hope it helps you, too.
