How To Look Fierce
58Step 1:
Makeup. This look is simple drama and it's all about the eyes. Very little makeup is used to achieve maximum effect. First apply concealer only in the areas where it's needed. Brows are then lightly filled in with golden-brown brow pencil. Next, using an eyeshadow brush, lightly apply dark brown metallic liquid eyeshadow to the eyelid and under-eye area. Kohl black eye pencil is applied to the inner upper and lower eyelid rims making sure to smudge into the lashline. Further smudge black eye pencil with an eyeshadow brush or sponge to diffuse and soften the edge. Black mascara is then applied to curled top and bottom lashes. Finally, after the lips are lined with and filled in with a neutral-toned pencil, apply a caramel-brown colored lip gloss. There you have it--one sexy, intense and intimidating face.
Step 2:
Hair. Looking fierce requires no soft edges and that goes for hair as well. Straighten your hair completely and/or pull it back into a slick, tight ponytail or bun. (Think of Bebe Neuwirth's look on "Frasier"--severe on the outside, a tigress on the inside.)
Step 3:
Perfume. Stick to strong, rich perfumes--Escada, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana. No sweet, floral scents allowed in this look.
Step 4:
Clothes. Wear clothes that are slick, well-fitted and exhibit clean, straight lines. Colors should be dark, rich and bold. For reference, use Angelina Jolie as a role model.
Step 5:
Shoes. Quite simply, get out your highest heels or pair of boots (stilettos will definitely do).
Step 6:
Attitude. Think confidence. Think hot. When walking down the street, pretend it's your runway, and girl, YOU are the best thing on it. No wallflowers allowed here!
