Most of us experienced hangover after a night of partying. Whenever you experienced this you always tell yourself that you will not going to drink alcoholic drinks anymore, but we all know also that this is easier said than done. Here are the tips on how to look good the next day despite the Hangover.

  • Always eat foods that are high in proteins like nuts, cheese and meat that can slow down the alcohol absorption into the bloodstream, this is because the oil from the meat will function as a coating in the stomach and prevent the alcohol from being absorbed easily.

  • Water is very important. For every glass of alcoholic beverage consumed, drink ½ - 1 1/2 glasses of water. This will not only combat dehydration, but will also make you go to the bathroom more frequently, which will remove or lessen the effect of alcohol in your body. When you arrive home, if possible eat fruits like apple, banana or watermelon. Fruits can help relax the blood vessels that causes the nasty hangover.
