So sorry, May. I've never been to that particular Chili's restaurant. We also have a Chili's restaurant in our hometown in which the service is terrible and the food is hit or miss (usually miss). It's one of the reasons that I started collecting Chili's recipes clones. But if you go to a Chili's restaurant that does it right, the food is fantastic.

Does anyone know the recipe for the whipped cheesecake that Chili's made. I do not think that it is on the menu anymore (at least not in Alberta, Canada).

Where can I get the chips? Chili's has the best chips I've ever had. Where do they come from?

Amber  says:

All we do for the chips is just throw them in the fryer and salt them (no idea who delivers them, I'm never there that early). For the nachos, you top corn tortilla wedges with mashed black beans, queso, and top with mix c ( shredded cheddar and jalapeno jack cheeses). Broil them for 6-7 minutes and top each with a jalapeno slice. Wanna know more? Email me at AmberD19@hotmail.com and I'll try to help you out as best as I can.
