Good advice here. We've used the oil from cans of mackerel, too.
I wonder if oil from tuna cans or other fish would work too.
Petroleum Jelly coats their stomach. There is a Hairball remedy that you can get in a Pet Food Store. It is in a tube. It is in the grooming section.
