That makes perfect sense. When we give plenty even our animals should learn to not be selfish. lol
That is good. I have been worried about my 2nd kitty same age as 1st but 1st feels dominance I guess being here longer. It has been over a week now though and seems things are mellowing down some.

How long have they been together? Mine just met several days ago; I hope it won't be an all time problem. I sometimes separate them when I leave the house. I would hate the weaker one to be killed but of course I have seen no blood but really rough!
They have been together for about 4 months. We have had the little one for several years. We also have a 50 lb one that is about 9 years. We have had him since he was a puppy. He is getting old and cranky and is not adjusting well to the new dog.
Four months is a long time but I guess their memories are not as short as a cat's so may be the same difference. lol Actually mine are brother and sister but they don't know it. One I got weeks before the other one almost before it was weened.

Very good idea. Something similar happened to a friend of mine when she tried to break up a fight between her two toy poodles. I probably would throw water on a fight, too.
Wow that would smart some. I will remember the spray bottle if things start getting bad again. Thanks.
