Tom, this is a great answer. I never heard that about cats, very interesting. Like humans, animals are intuitive.
I've heard the cat thing before and an explanation. Cats are drawn to warmth and people who are not well are usually kept very warm so a cat will be drawn to them.
That makes sense in a rather secular viewpoint. Where was this happening?
That sounds awfully cynical, Cecelia. Bit like a trainer at a guide-dog training facility I went to a few years ago who said that dogs only love you because they know you feed them. Sorry, I think there to it is more than just keeping warm.
