This is probably the result of itching or scratching due to a cat fight, insect bite or flea bites. Scratches and surface injuries in the eyebrow area can easily become infected, causing discharges, hair loss, redness and scab formation.
You can apply warm soaks to the area, which will loosen scabs or clean up discharges. You can protect the eye by instilling mineral oil and then remove the scabs or clean up the discharges with a q-tip soaked in hydrogen peroxide solution. Further protection from infection can be initiated by applying a thin layer of an antibiotic creme such as neosporin, septi-clens or bacitracin.
