Pet Care for Dogs Equals Love
Scooter One Amazing Dog and My Little Buddy
Pet Care for Dogs Equal Love. Scooter is my love and my best choice, he is one of those dogs who enjoys vacationing. He likes to test-out the comfort of beds in hotels along the way. He is very friendly and love to make friends with any willing person or animal. He will prance toward a potential friend and demand their attention. He believes he is the cutest dog on the planet and that everyone wants to be his friend.
This is a photo of Scooter standing in "his" yard on the white sandy soil of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Pet care is a rewarding job and Scooter and I love to do it together. Most pet care can be seen by others as a chore, but not for me. I love providing pet care for scooter and he loves me doing it for him. Just look at that cute face and you too would enjoy being with him even if you didn't have a dog.
My summer routine changes a bit since we live in the deep south. Ticks and fleas come with the territory. Each night while grooming he needs to be checked to make sure one of these critters hasn't attached itself. At the beginning of each month he gets a special hair cut which I do myself, complete with a bath, Frontline Plus flea and tick protection, toe nail trimming and of course his special doggie cologne. Pet care is an enjoyable experience for both of us.
Scooter testing a pillow
Pet care is easy
Scooter is an offical tester of hotel beds and pillows. Some of his favorite hotels include but are not limited to: Best Western, Holiday Inn, and Quality Inn. Scooter has made more than 39 air flights to various locations. His pet care on the plane is minimal. Not only does he love to travel, but he has friend across the U.S. and Canada.
During the summer months he visits with his cousins, Ringo, Ozzie and Willow. He is an avid swimmer and enjoys a good soak during the heat of the day. Afterwards he as his cousins play water fetch while swimming to see who will get the ball first. Scooter is usually the winner, if not he will back until the ball is thrown again for another chance at being the champion.
Other pet care I give him is daily grooming and hair cuts every month. Bathing is another story depending upon what he had gotten into on vacation, he may need baths more frequently than when we are at home. So Scooter's pet care during the summer month is generally more demanding then.
How to take care of your dog
It's a hard Life
A Long Hard Day of Play
After waking up at 6:00 AM Scooter can hardly stay awake. He promptly comes inside at dusk and relaxes in front of the TV to begin his evening of rest. He dozes off and promptly at 9:00 PM stares down his master for his final evening walk to secure the neighborhood. When he is sure everyone is safe and sound he tucks himself into bed and challenges anyone to disturb him and he rests up for another day of fun.
Scooter's Friends Get Loving
My Cousins
Ozzie is Scooter's boy cousin he is a Rottweiler, he's the one on the left side with his mom. Then there is Willow on the right with her mommy, she's a girl. They are a pretty close pack they look out for each other and enjoy a daily walks with their human friends every day.

Time for a Bath
Anytime Scooter hears the bathtub facet running he makes himself ALMOST invisible. His head will stick out from under the covers, the bed, a table, I think her believes I can't see him. He has a way of sighing. " UM Umph, I think you have something wrong, I really don't want to take a bath!"
