A week after going back to work, she lets me know she is upset for not spending much time at home with her --> A little present... one by the front door, another little nugget (the size of a marble) right on the bed. She knows she's guilty! She is hiding from me. I'm going to KILL HER!!! AAAAAAH!!!!

i read it too fast...thought it said 'popped'....pets, you gotta love 'em.

i had a cat once that didn't like me leaving the house...she would leave me similar marble size surprises in one of my shoes.....

No way! I was planning to trade her for a straight cat! I guess it doesn't get any better, huh?

Times like these you need a Kit Kat break.

Absolutely - take a break and consider that the only important thing in your dog's life has caused this behaviour - you.  You have to go to work, do life things etc, but from your dog's point of view - who cannot undestand the why - you just abandon her every day.  You can't explain to her, but you can have sympathy and accept that you are to blame big_smile

where does he usually go poop when you are gone all day?  I know that animals communicate this way when they are frustrated, it's not your fault, but its really not his either - maybe he needs a walk sometime during the day?  Rich folks do that, they have a dogwalker come to take him for a walk and play around lunchtime or something.  another good reason I don't have a pet!

also I can't afford those pirate costumes that seem to be all the rage!  smile

You hear this Richard? Since you offered your bank account for the greater good of dogmanity... Rich people do that.. (clear throat) hmm... hmmm...

How do I stop my pooch Ben Dover thinking he is a real pirate?
He has never been the same since he sat up late watching 'Pirates Of The Caribbean'. Oh it makes me bark with frustration.

You ever known a guy who identifies with his hound dog so much that he refuses to have him fixed, even after the vet advises it?  Well, I just was thinking about this guy I knew who was like that.  Are women like that about their female dogs?  Hell no!  They're glad to have the poor girls fixed because you know who would be taking care of the pups!  smile
