Buy Pug Gifts Online
If you've got a Pug, then be assured that there’s a whole range of Pug gifts, available to meet your doggies’ needs. As well as your own. Miss your Pug when you’re driving, at work – or even away on holiday? Then make sure you take a peek into the wonderful world of gifts that are designed for, or around this cute, intelligent and altogether adorable breed of dog.
Pug gifts are not just for the discerning owner of the cute yet tenacious little dog, there also for the bog standard 'I love my Pug' type too. Pug merchandise is big business because the breed is the same. There's a whole world of Pug owners out there and from what I can tell, no owner is anything other than totally in clover with their canine pals.
And so, having spent some time looking into this little breed, I was astonished regarding the variety of Pug toys strewn around the Internet. The web is literally awash with all things Pug. I wouldn't have been surprised to find a range of doggy jackets, beds and snazzy collars. I was even prepared to stumble across … doggie bags.
And by doggie bags I mean the pooch pet carriers. Not the other kind.
Pug Owners Lore
I wasn't surprised by the sheer volume of Pug stuff. From mugs to tea-towels, t-shirts to tax discs – I even found pug shoes. On one particular site, Zazzle - I came across over 600 pages of gifts. I was fairly alarmed.
After maybe ten pages, I stepped away from the screen. Pugs are rather delightful but – maybe it’s just me – there’s only so many things I can imagine a Pug would look good in. Or on.
Pug Gifts For Owners
If you’re buying Pug gifts for the owner of a pug – or pugs – then take it from me, there’s simply hundred of gifts to choose from:
- Mugs
- Computer peripherals
- Clothing
- Keychains
- Bags
- Boxes
- Pictures
Some of the top selling pug gifts for owners are:
- Pug figurines
- Pug planters
- Pug Kitchen ware
- Pug keychains
- Pug wall decorations
- Clothing e.g. t-shirts, hats, aprons
That list should give you some idea and pretty much any site that’s selling such gifts will likely cover the above spectrum. My favorites’ are the figurines by far. I’m not even a collector of anything in particular (with the exception of giraffe related objects) but I can appreciate and understand why some pug owners would appreciate them.
Failing that, I’d aim for a tee, a key-chain or maybe a simple coffee cup or mug – you’ll even find that the four pug colors (fawn, silver, black and apricot) are covered. So – no excuses … go buy your mom, friend, boss or significant other a nice plant holder or a silver pug key chain.
Most pug gifts are reasonably priced and they shouldn't break the bank. Or at least your wallet.
If you’re looking to buy a gift for a pug – your own or one belonging to someone you know, the choice is probably even more wide ranging. Pug gifts for pugs include:
- Collars
- Leashes
- Clothing (I know but … each to their own)
- Bags. I won’t say anything
- Beds
- Various toys
- Name tags
As with the gifts for owners of Pugs, the ones among the best selling lists around the web are coming up as:
- Bags
- Toys
- Beds
- Collars
Although I'm not sure what to make of doggie bags … they are incredibly popular. I have to say, some are incredibly snazzy and look almost too good to pop a Pug into. Especially compared to the black sack-type thing that I haul around.
My absolute favourite pug gifts for … Pugs … are the dog beds. I've always had a thing about my animals having a nice, comfortable looking bed and used to spend a happy our or two buying one whenever I had an occasion to do so.
I've never minded whether it’s for a cat or a dog and one of the best beds I saw for Pugs was … wait for it … shaped like a fire engine. It was utterly ridiculous in one sense but in another it was so silly and cute I’d definitely have bought one. If I had a Pug to buy for.
Pug gifts abound (literally) everywhere you look and if you are looking for something that's pug related, you shouldn't have any trouble narrowing down the ideal gift. My choice? The bed. But it would have to suit my cat - I'm pug-less. Still ... there's always room for one small dog ...
