Locally, you could try a dealer that sells Saturns, if they are any still selling them. Otherwise try some other General Motors dealer selling other GM cars for a lead on how to get one.

But, you have to realize that cars are designed nowadays to almost force an owner to go to a dealer, or a mechanic with specialized tools and electronics diagnostic equipment, instead of enabling owners to do their own minor maintenance, such as changing plugs.

The reason for that is, plainly, to get your money (rip-off) by essentially making it difficult to impossible to do it yourself, so you have to pay someone else for service.
