You could sell any content you wrote, but you can't transfer ownership of a Hub. And having the same content in multiple places would hurt your Hub and the copied content in the Google standings over the long-run.

So if you were to sell the content you wrote for a Hub, it would be in your best interest to either entirely rewrite the Hub or delete it after you sold it.

Also, it may be an original article of your own that is posted elsewhere on the internet. Hubpages desires first originals. Duplicates lowers your scores, but they eventually rise again once original content is posted. Hope this helps!
