I have created four Independence Day themed papers. The first paper is blue with a starry background - combine this paper with a red-and-white striped mat for a patriotic scrapbooking page. The red-and-white striped paper works well with large photos, and can be combined with the picture frames and word art on this page to make a beautiful photo page.
The last two papers are basic, solid designs. The blue paper has a small star burst in the upper right hand corner, but is otherwise unadorned. The red paper has a slight texture to it, and will allow your pictures to stand out.
Simply download these papers, save them to a folder on your computer, then upload them to your favorite photo editor. Using layers, add in your chosen photographs and embellishments to make a patriotic 4th of July layout!

There are many symbols that evoke the spirit of our nation. The fifty stars on our flag symbolize the fifty states, and I have included a star scatter embellishment for your use. The Bald Eagle is America's bird, and I have created a red, white, and blue eagle to decorate your layouts.
I created a patriotic birthday cake page decoration, since Independence Day is America's birthday celebration. Fireworks are also a part of our annual celebration, so I created a sparkly display for your scrap booking pages.
Download these embellishments for free and use them on your pages - simply add a layer to your digital paper and re-size these decorations to suit the scale of your page. Rotate or flip the images to add an extra dimension to your layout.

Free Patriotic Word Art
Add these phrases and titles to your 4th of July Scrapbook page to let everyone know what the pictures are all about! A bold, simple "USA" can adorn your pages, along with the title, "Happy Birthday, America!"
Two versions of "Let Freedom Ring" word art are available for your use. The first is a bronze title, meant to bring the liberty bell to mind. The second is a shadow image, which may be placed under the bronze title, or may be used on its own at the bottom of a scrapbook page.
Have fun with these titles and use them to to let everyone know what your page is about!

Scrapbook Frames for your Digital Pages
I have created a few digital frames for your photos. Frames help show off a photograph, and can create a three dimensional look. Your photos will stand out from a busy background with the use of a digital frame - I have made a red and blue frame that will suit square photos, and a light blue frame for circular photos. There is also a photo mat - simply layer your photo on top of the mat for a great look.
Layer your photos behind the frames and scale the image and frame to fit your page design. Pictures should be layered on top of the photo mat - try using a red and white photo mat on top of the blue paper with stars for a great 4th of July look!
