How to make a artificial christmas wreath for the up and coming Christmas season

Hi Gardening friends

Here is some information that you can use to make your own artificial Christmas wreath. This is what you need to make a wreath.

First you need to buy a 24 inch evergreen wreath

Next you need to buy a number of Christmas picks to make your wreath.

Also you need to buy a few silk flowers of Artificial Poinsettias.

To make the wreaths in the pictures you need 3 poinsettia blooms

And about 6 to 10 picks to accent the wreath.

Also need a roll of 3 inch ribbon with wire on both edges

The wire makes the ribbon easier to make a bow

Now you can assemble the wreath.

Take the evergreen wreath and lay out the wreath.

Take the poinsettia blooms and lay them out.You can take a yard stick

so that you get them straight. You should lay the poinsettias blooms that they lay straight across from each other on the wreath. Then place one at the bottom of the wreath now you can place you picks on the wreath equally around the poinsettias blooms. If you don't understand this look at the two wreaths in the pictures and you should be able to understand how they were made.

Now you can make the bow with the ribbon that you bought. You can make 3 bows with 1 roll of ribbon which usually haves 10 yards of ribbon on the roll

will make you 3 bows. If you need to learn how to make a bow go to my hub on how to make a bow out of wired ribbon.

After you have the wreath laid out you can take your glue gun and glue your

Poinsettias blooms and picks onto the wreath. Then ty the bow on top of the wreath with your 18 inch gauge floral wire.

Here is what you need to make a wreath for Christmas

1 24 inch Artificial Evergreen Christmas Wreath

3 Silk Poinsettias blooms

6 to 10 Christmas picks

3-4 18 inch gauge of floral wire

wire cutters

1 roll of 10 yards of wire ribbon

I hope you try to make these wreaths or come up with one of your own?

Let me know how you do at making these wreaths.
