Sand Animation

Ilana Yahav is a sand animation artist who use only her fingers to draw with sand on glass tables. She is a multifaceted artist whose talents include sketching, sculpture and three dimensional art.

Ilana creates incredible three dimensional vistas using sand, lighting and music. Indeed, it is difficult to decide if the music accompanies the work of art, or vice versa. Ilana's fingers dance in the sand on the glass to the music, the resulting creations are powerful and moving. Ilana uses this original technique in the creation of advertisements and image building clips.

You have to see it to believe it. Below you can find some of her videos showing her brilliant art. Enjoy!
