The World of Creating- My Passion, My Work, My Art
No limits to artistic expression
Finding what makes us happy
Some people enjoy getting up, and going to an office each and everyday. They love the structure that an office job provides, and do well within positions that provide structure. I have learned, I am not one of these people. I am not sure if I struggle within an office environment because I hate the daily repetition of tasks, being timed every time I walk away from the desk to get a sip of water or to use the bathroom, am appalled with the juvenile bickering and the pointless hustle that never achieves us (the worker), anything more than what we had yesterday, or perhaps it is the rush hour traffic that seams to start each day off on the wrong foot and end each day on a bad note? I suppose it really does not matter why I prefer to be more of a free spirit, even though my free spirit has yet to allow me to gain financial wealth, it has allowed me to gain much understanding as to who I am and what type of career path allows "Me", to be happy.
Pest Control Marketing for Pay
Artistic Expression that Equals a Paycheck
Who ever said that being an artist means that we have to be broke for our entire lives? I don't think so! I have been blessed enough to gain some much appreciated customers that allow me to benefit myself as I provide services that benefit their brands. Such companies like Vespid Pest Control in San Antonio Texas have hired me to not only design and develop their website, but to actually help create their entire marketing campaign for both on and off line networking. Vespid Pest Control has been one of the best Pest Control Companies in San Antonio for years.
Their success is partly dedicated to their bee hive removal services, and professionalism when on the job. But for Vespid Pest Control's owner, they were not receiving the call volume he wanted to grow his his company as he envisions it growing. So along with his website, I have been able to provide him with print materials that are designed to draw attention to his variety of services, both seasonal and year around.
This is the type of Marketing that I enjoy doing. The kind that helps others achieve their goals of success, while pushing me to continue to gain knowledge and further develop my problem solving skills with keeping up with his Social Media Campaign and Search Engine optimization services.
Today is a good day to create
This is what I was meant to do...
Have you ever stopped and thought to yourself, "Is this exactly what I am suppose to be doing"? I have done this many times throughout my life- but only in the past few years have I been able to answer with a, YES!
Over the past couple of years I have taken the time to truly sharpen my skills . Many on hubpages.com contact me for advice regarding SEO. Although SEO may not look like a creative outlet to many, it is to me. Learning SEO for me took endless hours, and takes hours upon hours each week to stay up to date with, but now that I know it, and have the experience needed to become comfortable providing SEO services , efficiently and effectively, I am able to challenge myself within my wiring to be better at providing these services in a compelling, natural way. This is the creativity within SEO. It is not necessarily the logistics within the service itself- it is the creativity in providing the services in such a way that no one would ever guess that you have optimized content for search engines.
Because Marketing is so much more than it use to be, I am able to take all my artistic interests and combined them to create benefit for various people and businesses. Because art is only limited by our minds- I am able to stretch into unfamiliar territory to create the unexpected. Because creativity is gender-less I am able experience many different artistic crafts, from wood working (which is my fathers teachings), to photography, onward to writing, painting, jewelry making, and beyond.
Strentching the Normal Creative Tendencies
Passion of Painting
What is more valuable- Skill or the Ability to Think Outside of the Box
Part of the joy of artistic expression is it is only limited by you. I often see things for what they can be, or visualize images in my mind that I want to save forever. Sometimes I paint, or draw these images on whatever I have around.Like many people, my household doesn't have money to spend on canvas. Most of the time I take scrap wood from my fathers workshop, but every so often I grab some floor tiles, a ratty old shirt or a pair of weathered boots. Although I think that skill is very important if you want to make it as a creative in the world today, I feel that having the ability to leave the normal and look past what something is- is much more important.
Knowing that something is possible in everything that you do is part of the joys of life. Life is full of so much possible and probable outcomes that I want to live and savor each and every moment, just to make sure I do not leave this place saying that I wish I would have tried this or that. I take this outlook on life into my career as a marketing professional. I write- I paint- I design- I learn and I grow each and every day- inching my way towards the person I was meant to become.
We live in a world that is full of moments that are open to creating and growing within.
Welcome to the world of creative color, and marketing.
