The best two tips I can give you are
a) keep your camera steady - use a tripod or anything stable to support your camera. Any slight movement will be magnified in macro photography and will surely result in a blur
b) make sure you have one clear focal point. It doesn't matter if the rest of the photo is blurred but there should be one clear and sharp focal point.
