I am really keen on getting KPT for my mac os x for photoshop cs3. Seems that there are some real compatibility issues. So I went looking for both other fractal plug in's and apps, and man there is not much out there! I do use apophysis-j and its nice and all, but very slow and not easy to use (had to get hubby to write a script to open it on base level as it does not just open, how the heck is a normal person supposed to use it on a mac!). The fractals are nice but have a different feel to them from KPT fractals. Gimp has a few plug ins that are OK but the rendering is not brilliant (mostly look rubbish). Assuming you lot are as crazy as I am, what fractal programs do you use? Any good suggestions for a mac user with tiger os and cs3 photoshop version? (I tried a friends KPT, should have worked too, but it would not load outside of os9, uck!)
