Where do you feel architecture, urban design, landscape architecture and city planning — in other words, anything controlling our built environment — fall within the spectrum of 'art and design'? and why?
I think that it has a genre all of its own, falling into s category known as 'Architecture'. And if you can't consider architecture an art form on its own, they two can work perfectly to enhance each other.
Architecture can encompass any other form of art, and therefore I feel that it is an art all on its own.
I visited CityCenter in Vegas at the begginning of this month:

It was astonishing, like something from Dubai; art and architecture go hand in hand, they even made use of digital art to effectively form digital walls in the lobby.
