free large cross stitch pattern Mona Lisa
Information about chart
update** I got a couple of emails saying that the color chart was hard to read so I went in and edited it to make it a little bigger, hopefully this helps.
the painting called "Mona Lisa" was started by Leonardo Da Vinci in 1504, even though it was painted on commission, he couldn't let the painting go and kept if for the rest of his life. This magnificent painting is just about the most famous image in the world.
I know you can buy cross stitch based on the work, but they are expensive, so I decided to make my own. This is a big pattern, the stitch count is 223 wide by 348 high. I set it up for 14 count White Aida, but you might want to try it on 16 count for a smaller image. The pattern uses 19 DMC colors.
The pattern is done in color or black and white, just download one set by right clicking on full size image and scroll down to "save image as". To expand the small images, just click on once and then right click to save. Each pattern is 21 pages.
