Just last night I viewed some videos about iPads. To my surprise!, they do so much more than I had heard? I was so excited..about the sketchbook pro, program:) So..I thought I would share some of those videos, if you haven't seen them? Talk about a, futuristic etch a sketch:)
As I was watching these how to clips, I was recalling the days...when I was excited about the new color copier being available. Then years later, another machine came out...where you could take in a design, and have it duplicated multiple times on one page. Wow..those machines changed what I did with my art.
Giclee' printers moved to the cutting edge, being able to duplicate your paintings on canvas even. Also the awesome effects that happen with this process, using photos...and stretching photos to make a bigger print.
I never would of dreamed in those days, we would have such a phenomenon in a cordless screen, called an iPad!
Seeing the techniques and tools that can be used, with the sketch book program. Opened my eyes to so many more possibilities. As you will see, animated film artist...are having a hay day with these drawing pads.
I know there is more than I have displayed, on this simple hub-page. To be honest I couldn't wait to share this, for those who didn't know. Now dreaming of receiving my own iPad, with this sketchbook pro? When that day happens...I will draw so much creative energy, from the experimentation of this awesome drawing program.
Being able to download drawings, paintings, graphic art...into a program to make my own e-cards, illustrations, youtube videos, and bookcovers. This opens up a whole new world to the passionate artist.
I loved how the sketch could be recorded into a video. The layering process, as if you were using tracing paper? No worries about the pencil, or pen getting smeared. Still able to draw just as if you were drawing on an actual paper.
The iPhone has this program as well, just a little to small for my preference. Those kids though, they will be making wonderful art...in their spare time, and breaks, on their iPhone.
For someone who loves to draw, this is the most awesome gift they could get! I couldn't believe...all the art tools, and time saving applications, this sketchbook pro offers. What a way to get expressive with your art:)
Artists that happen to have one of these nice iPads already...please feel free to share your experiences here.
Thanks for visiting, and hope you have a heart for art:) If you enjoyed this hub, please rate it up, by pressing the green arrow:)
