For me, the fascination with blue food is that it's terrifying. There is no naturally occuring blue food; even blueberries are purple. I made this Hub to defend blue food for fun, but actually I have a phobia about blue foods and drinks. It makes me cringe when my children drink blue sports drinks, because I always think of Drano.
