Minor league ball reminds me of the way the game used to be. No millionaires. No contract haggling. No Steinbrenners. The players dream of The Bigs, and will play hard to make a good impression. They love the game. And, tickets to a game are a lot less the ten-spot. Try finding that in the major leagues.
