I tried Sacher Torte the first time I was in Vienna and loved it. When I moved to Austria bought recipe books, but it was a frustrating experience, as they don't measure ingredients with cups and spoons, but weigh them! I also had problems with baking pans and with ingredients like brown sugar, vanilla, baking powder, cream of tartar, gelatin and condensed milk!
