The Beautiful and Classic 1967 Mustang
The classic 1967 Mustang, it's the epitome of American muscle car. This was the first substantial redesign of the Mustang. Other car companies were coming out with competitive models, so Ford knew they had their work cut out for them. The grille had a bigger opening, they increased the front track, and installed bigger taillights, just to name a few. Thankfully they still produced the coupe, convertible, and fastback models.
1967 was the introduction of the 390 and 428 engines across the model lines, as they were only available in the Shelby models. Ford discontinued the Mustang GTA and the Ford block letters.
One of the rarest 1967 Mustangs was the Shelby Super Snake. There's reportedly only one of these cars left, of perhaps 50 built. It was owned by the great Carroll Shelby himself.
Only a few fortunate individuals will ever be able to own this iconic automobile. They are rare and quite valuable. Even well-worn vehicles are worth restoration. The 67 Ford Mustang is truly a legendary muscle car!
