I've driven Saabs all my life since I went to purchase one (with my father and stepmother in tow) the summer I turned 18. It was a 1977 99 three door hatchback. Served me well in my senior year in high school and throughout college. After that came a 1987 900s, which I kept for ten years. Then came a 9000, and then a 9-5 and now I drive a 2008 9-5t. I love the body style of the new 2011 9-5 but man, the car has gotten so much more expensive since Spyker took over the company! Maybe I'll buy one in good shape used down the road- can't afford a new one! Lol!

Hope the deal that the company is trying to work out with a Chinese manufacturer/ distributor works out. Production of the car in Sweden stopped momentarily last week! I won't know what to drive if the company folds!
