Best way to get people to listen to you, your opinion and do as you want

Now, there is only one, effective, way to get people to listen to you, to your opinions and to do as you want. It obviously not "easy" or "simple". It will probably take some time and some effort, but I can assure you that it will definitely work, without a doubt. 

The concept is fairly simple, and there is just a process you must follow for a certain amount of time. It basically consists of pushing and pushing. For instance, when you are looking for a scholarship, or financial aid. And you find a certain company that is giving out scholarships exactly for what you are looking for and you qualify for it. Well other than you there will be a ton of people that also qualify for this and they are looking for the best, in order to make the best profit out of their investment,  they will be looking for the student that best CAPTURES THEIR ATTENTION. This is very important, capturing their attention is key for you to get something you want. And the best way to capture their attention is to push and push. Basically, bring them to their limit of their tolerance, in order that for them to not to deal with you they will do what ever it takes. So if you are communicating with them by e-mail, DO NOT BE SHY, you should not give a shit what other people think of you or how annoying you can be. Send them an e-mail every 3 days, and after a 2 weeks send them e-mails every 2 days, and so on.

I can assure you they will reach a limit where they will seek for the best way for you to stop bothering, and then you will have their ATTENTION.

With their attention, you have power. Now they will notice you, something that they might have not done before. And they will notice how good you actually are. And in that moment they will see how good you are in capturing their attention, that you know how to excel from the crowd. This is something they are looking for. And after this it you have opened the doors and your opportunities of getting that scholarship will go up incredibly, and it only takes for one of them to give you the scholarship, and you are set. 

Now remember, forget what other people might think of you or how annoying you might be, or how stupid you might THINK you are acting. You are going for the gold here, risk it all, and I can assure you you will get what you want.
