Concepts never change!

You know, that means going over and over the skill you're trying to master, every day, every week, over and over until the skill is mastered to the best of your ability. If you're going to master it...that repetition is a have too!

In the you360 series, there's many concepts, strategies, techniques and tactics that's used and they change everyday. They change with the weather. They change with the economy. They change with the different people you meet. They change with the different situations and they change, well, they change just because of change itself.
They all change except the concepts …because concepts don't change. Strategies change, techniques change, tactics change, and ideas and opinions change but concepts never change. Concepts remain constant, they've been around for eons and that's what we teach here at you360.

These concepts are real, their constant and their rock solid. They've stood the test of time.
You just finished the concept of learning how to employ yourself. That concept is a have too. Did the concept make sense to you? Remember the “should do's,” the “could do's,” the “want to's” and the “have to's?” Well, learning how to employ yourself is a have to!
Here's how it works. You can seek help from other people with your should do's, your could do's and your want to's. However, the have to's, the have to's have to be done by you. You can seek help from other people for many things, but, when it comes down to the have to's. That has to be done by you and you alone. That's your part, the “you” part of the business.
It's just like, you can't have someone else go to the gym to work out for you and expect your muscles to grow and get stronger. That just won't happen! Going to the gym to grow and strengthen those muscles is your job. It's a have to. It's not a should do or a could do but rather a have to because that's your job. You have to do that. You have to do that all by yourself. You and you alone!
Remember I said that all habits are equal? That some people bring good habits …some people bring bad habits …some people bring the good habits that get them off to a fast start and keep them on the right track, while others bring the bad habits that are detrimental to their business and destroys their business.
Those are the habits that need to be worked on and changed.
My job, at you360, is to bring the habits, good and bad, to your attention and make you aware of them. Their real! If their good habits, great, refine them. If their bad habits get rid of them, change them. Their real! They'll have a major impact on your business and on you.
I'm not here to fluff you up or give you a pep talk. I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear or make you feel good about yourself or tell you how wonderful and how great you are. I'm here to tell you like it is in the real world of business, no matter how hard it hurts. My job here is, to give you the straight scoop, the real stuff and tells you the truth. Be it good, bad or ugly.
If you're going to make it in your business of choice …if you're going to excel in your business …if you're going to make your mark, you may have to make some changes in the you part of the business, because if you're dragging bad stuff, bad habits around with you. You have to get rid of them. You have to get rid of them right now because they'll drag your business down and you right along with it.
Replace them. Replace the bad stuff with the good stuff. Replace those bad habits with the good habits, the good emotion, the good attitude, the good character and the good working habits. Remember, for things to change, you have to change. It's your choice you know!
