Great Hub,

Sounds like other states and the country need to see what Texas is doing right, and follow suit.

Keep on Hubbing!

Hi eovery - Good economic development plans help, along with colleges working with business to create internships and fulltime jobs, for another thing. Probably many others as well  We'd all like to see more green jobs certainly, and El Paso has been working on cleaning its air since the 1960s; they're doing better now. El Paso gained additional 1000 and 1100 jobs in Feb and March, even though unemployment was 8.2%, so that figure should decrease, espceially after the Stimulus monies are put forward. So I'm doing a Hub on El Paso now. Will be done soon.
