Checking for the Best Seminar Room Package

I was checking out the price of meeting room or seminar room in Singapore to run a one-day seminar on SEO Workshop in Singapore. I ran through a few hotels on the internet and started to contact them to get their packages. I thought this might come in handy for those who are thinking of doing a seminar here in Singapore. What I asked in my quotation is a one-day package with lunch (international buffet) and 2 coffee breaks (which comes with cakes, savoury, etc), and the use of the seminar room comes with it.

I will add on when I get new information on seminar packages from hotels in Singapore. However, the prices indicated here are what I found out in 2008, it may not be the current rate, it may change with time. It is advisable to get the latest prices from the hotels that are listed in this page.

The One Day Package comes with Lunch and 2 coffee breaks.

Normal package will be at SGD$105++ with a minimum of 10 pax. If you want to have the buffet at The Line (famous for its spread of international food) you will need to add $8++ on a weekday and $12++ on a weekend, to allow your participants to enjoy the variety of food offered at The Line. If you need Wireless Broadband you will have to pay something like $180 per day. Projector is rented at $400 per day. Tel: (65) 6737 3644

Marriott Hotel is one prominent feature on Orchard Road, with a chinese roof capping it, is located at the corner of Scotts Road and Orchard Road. It is next to many great shopping malls, it sits just above the Orchard MRT Station.

For a Full Day package with one lunch and two coffee breaks, it is SGD$95++. Projector rental is $300 per day. The minimum number of participants they will charge depends on the size of seminar room you are booking. It can be from as low as 10 participants, 25, 30.... they have different rooms to cater to your crowd size. The spread of buffet is good. Again I particularly like the sashimi counter and the cold items section. Tel: (65) 6735 5800

This is one hotel which I have personally used the rooms for seminars and workshops. Excellent service and excellent food. During the Singapore Grand Prix Promotion they had a Formula One life size racing car replica made of CHOCOLATE on display.

For a one-day seminar package which comes with the buffet lunch in the restaurant and 2 coffee breaks, it is one of the best deals in town at $80++. What I like about this hotel, is that its wireless access is totally free for all the hotel guests and seminar participants. I particularly like the sashimi and cold item counter - which is well stocked with scallops, prawns, oysters, tuna, salmon, etc... the desserts are fabulous. Another thing I like is the fresh fruit juice that is prepared at your request. Lunch should be at least 90 minutes to allow participants to network and really enjoy the spread of international food. Great idea to post what you've learned. I too am looking today for a meeting room for 8-10 people for 4 days in Singapore - I have used the Concorde Hotel (when it was Le Meridian) - the quote today was S$95 per person per day. Def hoping for a better price.

You can try looking at NUSS Guild House at Suntec City. Great facilities and catering for a seminar or training at a very affordable price in the heart of the city.
