Type of Jobs in Writing That are Always Hiring and Can Make a LOT of Money!

Updated on February 29, 2012

I've been told that many successful freelance writers, have been able to quit their day jobs, because they have invested their time in the writing business. I've also found out that in order to to make it in this business, not only does a person have to put time and effort in their work, but also have to look for the right job opportunity!

Freelance writing is the way that many people manage to stop working so much on "regular" 9 to 5 jobs, and be able to enjoy doing something that really makes them happy, and see quick and much better results. However, this is not all magical! It takes time and effort to make it in this business, but contrary to popular belief, or the word of other writers that have given up looking for jobs online, people can make money in this business, simply by looking up the right type of job!

Many of the featured jobs that are online, as hard as it is to believe, offer a lot of money for writers, and sometimes even more than the "high" ranking writing jobs.

Many editing jobs, depending on where you find them, Freelance writing.com or All About freelance writing, can go for about $10 per article, or even .50 cents per word! This may not seem like much, but the majority of times, and I have noticed this, if the person does a good job, these jobs lead to long term commitments and much higher paying gigs.

Copyrighting jobs is another type business that is constantly being asked for. Some of these gigs can actually help a fresh writer make a name for themselves. This type of job can bring in twice as much business than any other position online. Why? Because copyrighting jobs usually lead to bigger and better opportunities. Many small business writers have made 6 to 7 figures a year writing small articles monthly for bigger businesses, and others have actually made it all the way to Hollywood!

Blogging for others! This is perhaps one of the easiest things to do, and one of the jobs that pay the most in any place. Do you really think that big businesses or celebrities have the time to update their websites or blog about their accomplishments? Nope! This is done by everyday writers and even bloggers that have their own niche. The most important part about this job, is that people have to know where to find these jobs, and how to ask for them.

Most of the time, these jobs are offered by big and small businesses that we see everyday. Other times, these jobs are offered online by other people, or bloggers and writers stumble upon them when they ask their favorite bloggers, or online websites if they need another writer!

Sometimes, these businesses will surprise you, especially when the person least suspects it!

Writes can find these type of jobs in any writing website, or forum that they register for, or apply for them oncraigslist.

Have fun writing!
