Today, I will list the highest paying career fields in America and what kind of education that is needed to obtain a dream position. Finding a job will be much more easier for those who are willing to work hard at furthering their education and their desire to succeed. Now Let’s get started.

#1 Medicine and Health Care

There is no other field more lucrative than medicine and health care. The average pay for doctors, nurses, therapists and other health care professionals is between 60,000 to 200,000 dollars a year. Of course a lot of education is required to obtain a job in this field but in the long run, it is well worth it. For example, most doctors must complete a four year undergraduate degree program, spend four years in medical school and then complete 3-7 years of residency training, before they are eligible for a medical license . As for a therapist, the minimum requirement is a master’s degree in psychology . It is also required that you participate in an undergraduate study program in order to obtain a bachelors degree in the required field. As for nurses, a registered nurse must earn an associate degree from a nursing program or complete a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). A master of science in Nursing (MSN) is also available to those who qualify.
