The end of Osama bin laden will bring little to no change. It was a political stunt, not an actual meaningful take down. Osama wasn't even a threat, and many are convinced that he was hired by the CIA anyways. They only killed him in an attempt to make people feel safer and to make Obama seem like a firmer president. It had no tangible value.
As far as jobs go, ending osama will actually decrease jobs, because people all over the world will want the war in afganistan to come to a closing sooner then ever. This will decrease available jobs because military jobs are employing millions of citizens right now. Once they back out of the east, it will mean fewer jobs.
The only way to increase employment, is for the entrepreneurs of the world to get out there and create new jobs regardless of the economy.
