The society has objected to it since the begining, but he was unmindfull. My question is :- (1) Since he is not at member we are raising the monthly maintenance bills and the receipts in the name of the previous owner. Is that correct. (2) The name board of in the entrance of the building still bears the name of the previous owner. Is that correct ? Are we doing the right thing ? or is he entitled to receive bills in his name.
